“DISPERWELL-CL”
( Dispersion for clay )

INTRODUCTION:

“DISPERSWELL-CL” is 30% aqueous solution of salt carboxylic polymer dispersants with remarkable dispersing and fluidifying action giving optimum dispersion of the clay particles. It has multi pigment affinic group, strong absorption and thick barrier, especially in preventing dispersed solids from reflocculation. The dispersing action produces a dramatic in workability, sufficient to achieve a free -flowing properties,  improves water tightness reduces shrinkage, increases Modules of Rapture [MOR], eliminates pin holes due to reduced water ratio. It improves wetting of solids, lower surface tension between vehicle and pigments therefore reduces grinding time and lower dispersion viscosity are achieved.

COST CONTROL :

1.  Can charge more quantity of Pigment and Extenders with ratio to your regular batch to
     maintain the required viscosity.

2.  Over and above, you save time, electricity and manpower to current production.

PROCEDURE FOR DOSAGE RECOMENDATION

The deflocculating   action of  a dispersant on a mixture of  pigments may be determined by a fluidity-titration method.  This method of determining despersant demand involves mixing 50 grams of pigment or aggregate with sufficient water so that a stiff, slightly moist mass forms.  The dispersing agent, as a 10/50% solution in water, is then added in small increments with thorough mixing.  When the pigment mass becomes fluid enough so that surface ripples disappears on gentle shaking of the container, the pigment is
deflocculated.  In conducting this test, you will soon discover that each system and each pigment within each system has a different dispersant demand.

Field of Application :

Þ  As a grinding aid, dispersing and deflocculating aid for Ceramics & Electroceramics, Ferrite, Clays, Calcium Carbonate, Pigments, Refractories, Duplex Board and Writing paper in Paper Mills.

Þ  Dispersing & Deflocculating Calcium Carbonate, Alumina, Titanium Dioxide, Kaolin etc., in paper coating.

Þ  For Deoiling and degreasing properties for metal, laundry applications etc.,

Þ  As Grinding Aid agent for Pre dispersed Pigments.

COST CONTROL:
3. Can charge more quantity of Mud and Extenders with ratio to your regular batch to  maintain the
    required viscosity.

      4. Over and above, you save time, electricity and manpower to current production.

      5. Being superior to Sodium Tri Polyphosphate (STPP), consumption considerably reduces and in
some case it’s a substitute to the same.

METHOD OF USE:

Reduce the water content by 15-20%. Add DISPERSWELL-CMCL directly to water with slow manual stirring, prior to its addition to the aggregates.  Mixing time should be increased by few minutes for best dispersion opting best results.
