“DISPERSWELL-BDF”
(Binder cum Dispersion Fillers)

INTRODUCTION:

“Disperswell-BDF” is anionic Acrylic Emulsion Polymer Binder cum dispersion with remarkable dispersing and hydraulic binding properties for Fillers as extenders and same is consumed during the production for Body of Tiles.  Here, the dispersing action produces a dramatic increase in workability, sufficient to achieve a free- flowing properties, improves water tightness reduces shrinkage, increases Modules of Rapture [MOR], eliminates pin holes due to reduced water ratio. It improves wetting of solids, lower surface tension between vehicle and pigments therefore reduces grinding time and lower dispersion viscosity are achieved. And moreover, due to good property of more tackiness, results good binding to the body of clay. It improves water tightness reduces shrinkage and act as waterproofing.

PROCEDURE FOR DOSAGE RECOMENDATION: 

Dilute the desired solids “Disperswell-BDF” with the quantity of water required during the final formulation.  Stir well for about 3-5 minutes. Mix all the dry solids as required during the applications. Under continuous stirring, add the solution {Water & Dis-BDF} to the dry mix thoroughly.

Field of Application:

Þ  As a good compatible to all the typical filler such as Calcium Carbonate, Bryties,   
Clays, Silica, Titanium dioxide Carbon Black, Mica and other clays, can be consumed
in Cloth Industries, Paper Mills, Ceramic Industries, Cement Tiles, Fly Ash Bricks,
etc.
