INTRODUCTION:

DIBHALITE: is a multipurpose Epoxy Based Adhesive and is two pack system i.e. Hardener-ALPHA & Resin-BETA. It is exclusive formulated for excellent, effective long lasting tough bonding especially used in industries cum House hold application.

SAILENT FEATURES:

  •  Epoxy-Two Component system (Alpha + Beta) to be mixed in equal proportion by volume .

  •  It is chemically cured at Room Temperature 25' C/24 hrs.

  •  Being solvent less, results excellent tensile, shear and adhesive strength. And adequate resistance to water, chemicals & impact stress, therefore can be used in heavy & light industries.

  • It is odorless, non flammable and relatively non-toxic and hence can be successfully utilized in  house hold applications..

  • Homogeneous mix of both Alpha + Beta yields controlled flow which even can be applied   on vertical  surfaces.

SURFACE PREPARATION :

For long durability and excellent bonding strength, surfaces to be joined should be properly pretreated as under....

Remove dust, rust or loose particles with wire brush or emery cloth. surfaces should be free from oil, grease or dirt. Use industrial solvent such as xylene, acetone if required. Surface should be dry from moisture and industrial solvents, if applied, to achieve optimum performance.

APPLICATION OF COATING :             

With the help of Spatula or hands, wearing hand gloves, apply a coating of thin layer of mixture upto 25 to 50 microns film thickness on the two surface to be joined. As soon as adhesive is applied, both the surface should be assembled and clamped together by suitable means for 24 hrs/25' C. The excess of adhesive residues should be wiped off by wet cloth deep in industrial solvent immediately.

PRECAUTION   :

Mix only required quantity of the material, which can be utilized within stipulated pot life for period avoid solidification
