“DIBHALITE  - CCA”
(Cement Curing Agent)

INTRODUCTION:

DIBHALITE-CCA, an improved grade of Co-polymer Emulsion of Epoxy, and the emulsion is added to a cementitious mix, an immediate surface acting effect occurs which greatly reduces the water requirements of a cement.  There is almost 10-15% of water reduction.  This water-reducing characteristic is developed with very low addition rate of the Epoxy Emulsion to cement. The addition rate may be as low as 1.0% of emulsion solids per 50 parts of cement.  The addition of 2.0% of emulsion solids per 50 parts of cement, or higher, produces slight lower water requirement, but not below the stoichemetric amount of water required to hydrolyze the cement. 

SALIENT FEATURES:

• Set time of Emulsion is equivalent and accelerates the curing time of cement mortar.

• Reduces water and gains High flexural and Tensile strength with no loss in compressive strength compared to unmodified mortar.

• Good freeze-thaw stability and retention of strength of rewetting.

• Improved properties of Toweling and finishing compared to unmodified cement mortar.

• The complete mortar gains the strength and hence do not require Floor hardeners, Fibers and Accelerators.
