INTRODUCTION :
Shri D.G. Trivedi and Shri B.S. Shah,
two partners established
DIBHA
PAINTS
in 1984
with the
manufacturing activities of Synthetic Enamel Paints and
Waterbased Epoxy Resins. We had marketed the products with
in the VAPI to start with, later the second products
Waterbased Epoxy Resin was introduce for the coatings to the
surface of dome of BIO-GAS Plants.
We are pleased to inform that
since over last decade, we are serving the nation by supplying our
product “DIBHAPOXY-225” to the Semi-government &
Voluntary organizations, engrossed with the construction & repairs
of Bio-gas plants. We with trust that the Non-conventional BIOGAS can
be PRESERVED, which can reduce the pressure on forest and improve
life-style of Rural Folk in country.
With the backward integration
to further derivations of products, the company started manufacturing
the BASIC EPOXY RESINS to its derivatives in year
1988. Today, with constant R & D and hardship, we have reached to
the specialty coatings available with us to protect the deterioration
of structures (Concrete, M.S. Wood etc.) against corrosion.

Introduction :
Air-drying solventless /
solvent based Epoxy based coating being extensively used in highly
corrosive Chemical industries / Coastal Zones to resist chemicals and
corrosion to prevent deterioration of structure. In general, solvent
based synthetic paints characterized by properties such as low DFT and
inhabitant porosity, whereas the epoxy based systems have high
resistance films.

[b] BIO-GAS PLANTS
COATINGS :
Introduction :
In biogas plants fixed dome,
there has been common draw- back that its dome develops hair cracks,
which are not seen with the naked eye, through which the gas stored
leaks out. The conventional method of repairing is either with
applying oil paint or tar coat over plastering the inner surface has
not proved to be result oriented as a film of oil paint is too thin
and tar does not have good bonding with any cemented surface and even
plaster also develops cracks and peels off due to change in
compressive strength between the old and new plaster.
Ultimately, due to large number
of failures of Fixed Dome Plants, people lose faith in this particular
model and opt for Floating Gas Holder Plant, through it is a well know
fact that Fixed dome type plants have various advantages over the
other model such as reducing cost factor, longer life, less
maintenance, utilization of space over the dome etc.
To overcome this burning
problem of gas leakage’s from fixed –Dome Type model, we therefore For
over past decade, have introduced an unique product DIBHAPOXY-225
which has rendered us excellent result and has proved to be an
ultimate solution to the said problem. Our product has very widely
been used by Semi government and even with Private voluntary
organizations basically engrossed with the constructions of Biogas
plants.

[c] FLEXIBLE COATING :
Introduction :
Epoxy by nature is brittle on
complete curing. With the R & D, to day the company has specially
manufacture the components, which even on complete curing have
flexibility properties. The said system is solventfree, loaded with
extenders to match the desired application at end use.

Bridging the gaps in cracks.
Cementing the aluminum section
in flameproof fitting and fixtures.
Potting component to capacitor,
cable joints kits.
Lamination to wood / metal
articles for transparent glossy finish.
[d] WALLS & FLOOR COATING
:
Introduction :
Epoxy based solvent free ,
pigmented, high solid to achieve maximum DFT to walls and floors
consumed for protective cum decorative coating for concrete , Wood
M. S. surfaces .
Being Epoxy system it resist
Abrasion & Chemical like Acids, Alkali, and few solvents and even to
saturated solutions of bleach, sugar solution, brine water, urea etc.
Having long –lasting tough bonding to IPS, KOTA STONE, MOSAIC, GALAZED
TILES, coating are to maintain dust proof properties and the
floor/walls are left with no joints on completion of job.
Moreover, the system is such formulated that it even resists the U V
rays and the coating is free from the fungus. Over and above the
complete system is formulated to match the required shade of
walls/floors.

[e] WATERPROOFING COATING :
Introduction :
Since building construction
activity as gained enormous uplift, it is know fact that the whole
construction activity has been commercialized. Repercussion of which
are drasting and uncontrollable Ones of these is “LEAKAGE” infect it
is a LEAK AGE, To overcome leakage problems, many conventional methods
are prevailing in the market, but these treatments have not proved to
be result oriented due to which waterproofing still remains a”
pressing” problem.
We, therefore, on regular study
and continues discussions have formulated the system based on Epoxy
resin to overcome the leakage problems. The basic salient features
are cited hereunder:

It chemically cures at 30C. and no additional curing
method is required.

Being
Waterbased Epoxy, it can be applied on damp surfaces unlike
pure Epoxy resin.

It is
odorless, non-flammable, non-toxic, enhance it can even be applied in
potable water
tanks.

ACRYLIC BASED COATING :
“DUROTRIC, acrylic solution produces hard, yet flexible clear
transparent film. Its film is non-yellowing and has excellent
resistance to water, alkalis and contains a UV absorber to improve
protection from ultraviolet light. Moreover, it can be applied with
High Density PU Foam and can also be sprayed for even coating.

WOOD :
“Durotric” acrylic solution produces hard, yet flexible clear
transparent film. It can be used in as filling agent as clear sealing
primer on wood with a high content of bleeding substance. This
product seals the bleeding of this substance and protects the top coat
against discolouration, blistering and adhesion loss. Moreover, it can
be applied with High Density PU Foam and can also be sprayed for even
coating.
[b] Cementious Mix Coating :
“DUROCEMIX”
is an modified Acrylic Polymer with 45% solids, Milky white Emulsion
appearance with
9.0–9.5 pH, specially formulated for the cementations
motors for range of applications in today’s
Construction activities.
Being acrylic polymer, the desired properties for waterproofing, crack
filling for
internal & external plasters, the ratio consumed is cited
hereunder :

Binders are especially formulated for the Construction Industries for
the various applications during the job. And are best compatible with
both White as well as Grey Cement.
