(COAL
TAR EPOXY-an Anticorrosive coating)
INTRODUCTION:
DIBHAPOXY- 450,
COAL-TAR-EPOXY,
being two pack system, i.e. Resin and Hardener, mainly developed
for its versatile use as anti-corrosive coating in chemical Zones
and coastal area. It is a combination of Epoxy Resin, Coal-Tar
and Hardener.
Since the hardener is incorporated into the coal -tar, the coating
results in simple two component system & NO PRIMER IS REQUIRED
during application. These two components are mixed before
application in equal proportion by volume. Therefore, the
process of weighting odd quantities of resin and Hardener is
eliminated.
