INTRODUCTION :

DIBHALITE-CRC, is two component, air drying solventless Epoxy based coating being extensively used in highly corrosive Chemical Industries to resist chemicals and corrosion and to prevent deterioration of both M S. & Concrete structures. In general practice solvent based paints characterized by properties such as low DFT and inhabitant porosity, whereas DL-CRC is non-porous and have high resistance films. The system is specially formulated for the end users by eliminating of weighting odd quantities by introducing two component system mixed before application in equal proportions volume.

Being solventless Epoxy based system have prominent property like freedom from fire cum pollution hazard. The major field of applications in fertilizers & paper plants; chemicals manufacturing industries, motor formulation used as Industrial flooring; coating on ships; pipes; sewage drains effluent treatment plants, even for Rubber Industries mainly engrossed with Rubber Lining Jobs.

Curing	:	Gets completely cured at 30⁰C . within 5-7 days.
Visual Appearance	:	On complete curing…………GLOSSY REDDISH BROWN
Shelf - life	:	Min. 12 month stored at cured and dry place in sealed Containers.

Old Concrete Surface should be examined for structural soundness. Unsound areas must be repaired . Any oil, grease, or foreign particles must be removed by detergents, dilute HCL, later cleaned by plenty of water and allowed to complete dry.

we recommend DIBHAPOXY -250 as prime coat, which being Waterbased Epoxy based system shall take care of dampness or moisture present in concrete surface.
