INTRODUCTION:
DIBHALITE-FX is transparent Flexible, solvent free, two
component Epoxy based system [Resin & Hardener ] basically formulated
for the bridging the gaps in cracks, cementing the aluminum section in
flameproof fitting and fixtures, can also be consumed for the
lamination to wood articles with the transparent glossy finish for the
long lasting durability, etc..
Moreover, in most of
the Industries, the structure does require flexible coating due to
vibrations during the productions. Being Epoxy very brittle, the
coating formulated from this has good Flexibility, Bonding, High DFT,
Solvent free, and have all the other properties to resist the
corrosion.

SURFACE PREPARATION :
For
better adhesion, it is essential to clean the surface on which the
material is to be consumed. To remove dust, dirt, or loose particles
by emery paper, wire brush. To get optimum performance the surface
must be dry, free from oil grease. For concrete surface, old concrete
surface should be examined for structural soundness. Unsound areas
must be repaired.
