 INTRODUCTION:

DIBHALITE-WWC is Waterbased Walls Coating,  pigmented high solids two components Epoxy based system especially formulated to overcome the odor of solvents during the application of jobs. DIBHALITE-WWC, being Waterbased even can be coated on Damp Surfaces. No primer required and hence only two coats are sufficient, which minimize the period duration of job. Washable with the detergent soap, accordingly provides less maintenance. Having good abrasion, chemical and fungus resistance and hence can be consumed at Pharmaceutical Industries, concrete surface of ponds, pavements, etc..

SURFACE PREPARATION :

For better adhesion, it is essential to clean the surface on which DIBHALITE-WWC is to applied. To remove dust, dirt or loose particles by emery paper, wire brush.  To get optimum performance the surface must be dry, free from oil, grease and later sufficiently washed with ample of water.

PRECAUTIONS :

Mix only the required quantity of the material, which can be utilized within stipulated pot-life period to avoid solidification. Wash all the tools and tackles with ample of water after the application.
