DIBHALITE - TFC
 ( Tough Floor Coating)

INTRODUCTION:
DIBHALITE-TFC is Epoxy based  solvent free, pigmented, high solids Tough Floor Coating consumed for  protective & decorative  coating for concrete cum M. S. surface.  Other than Flooring coating the same material can be treated for Self- Leveling Components and also for Injections Grouts Components. Being Epoxy based systems it resists Abrasion & Chemicals like  Acids, Alkali, few solvents and even to saturated solutions like bleach, sugar solution, urea etc.

SURFACE PREPARAION :

 

For better adhesion, it is essential to clean the surface on which the material is to be consumed.  To remove dust, dirt, or loose particles by emery paper, wire brush.  To get optimum performance the surface must be dry, free from oil grease.  For concrete surface, old concrete surface should be examined for structural soundness.  Unsound areas must be repaired.

 

APPLICATION OF COATING :

PRIMER  

:

 One coat of DIBHAPOXY-250 on Concrete surface.

 One coat of DIBHAPOXY-400 on M.S. surface.

 One coat of DIBHALITE-FXC on Non-porous surface

             

FINAL COATING :

 

(a)  For Concrete surface:  [ 500 Microns DFT ]

On complete curing of prime at the interval of minimum 8-10 hours, we suggest to apply two coats of material  as per the ratio cited above within the interval of 6-7 hours between two coats.


 (b) For Concrete surface: [ Self-Levelling --- 1 mm, 2 mm & 3 mm]

 

1.0 mm Mix of one kit of   9.6  kgs gives   7.0 -7.25 sq.mtrs.

2.0 mm Mix of one kit of 12.6 kgs gives   4.5 -4.75 sq.mtrs.

3.0 mm Mix of one kit of 12.6 kgs gives  3.0-3.25 sq.mtrs.

 

Note : KIT   9.6 Kgs  [R + H + F = 4.0 + 1.6 + 4.0 ]

         KIT  12.6 Kgs [R +H + F = 4.0 + 1.6 + 7.0 ]

   

(c) For M .S .surface : [ 500 Microns DFT ]

On complete curing of primer at the interval of minimum 2-3 hours, two coats of material can be applied within the interval of 6-7 hours between two coats.

 

SURFACE PREPARATION :

 

For better adhesion, it is essential to clean the surface on which "DIBHALITE-TFC" is to applied.  To remove dust, dirt or loose particles by emery paper, wire brush.  To get optimum performance the surface must be dry, free from oil, grease and later sufficiently washed with ample of water.

                                                                                          

PRECUATION :

 

Mix only the required quantity of material, which can be utilized within stipulated pot-life period to avoid solidification.  Wash all the tools and tackles with industrial solvent immediately after the application is completed.
