INTRODUCTION:

 DIBHALITE- FXWC is Epoxybased Solvent Free Two Component Systems, especially formulated for best performance of Adhesion to Road Studs both on Bitumen and Concrete Surfaces.  Moreover, it’s designed as resistance to UV rays, Water resistance and being inherent flexible properties also resist Expansion and Contraction due to heavy traffic movements along with weather changes during the year.

SURFACE PREPARATION:

For better adhesion, it is essential to clean the surface on which the material is to be consumed. To remove dust, dirt or loose particles by emery paper, wire brush or blower. To get optimum performance the surface must be dry, free from oil grease. For concrete surface, old concrete surface should be examined for structural soundness. Unsound areas must be repaired and should be cured for required time.

PRECAUTION:

Mix only required quantity of the material, which can be utilized within stipulated pot life for period avoids solidification. Wash all the tools and tackles with industrial solvents immediately after application.
